Job Description: Business Analyst with WRAP Superannuation Experience
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of WRAP superannuation systems and processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, specifically within the superannuation domain, and have a proven track record of analyzing complex business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- WRAP Superannuation Expertise:
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of WRAP superannuation systems, operations, and industry best practices.
- Provide subject matter expertise on WRAP superannuation processes, products, and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions within the WRAP superannuation framework.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to WRAP superannuation operations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Project Management:
- Lead or contribute to project initiatives involving WRAP superannuation, from inception to successful implementation.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and project updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within the financial services and superannuation industry.
- Proven experience with WRAP superannuation systems and operational processes improvement is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar are desirable.
