About the role : 

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to join our dedicated team. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce integrations and Lightning Web Components to support our business operations and enhance our customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and various external systems, applications, and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system synchronization.
Lightning Web Component Development: Create Lightning Web Components (LWC) using Performance optimization: Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in Salesforce integrations and Lightning Web Components, enhancing overall system efficiency and user experience.

Integration knowledge: Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services, as well as proficiency in API-based integrations with third-party systems.
Development skills: Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. Demonstrated experience in building custom Lightning Web Components and leveraging Aura components.

Requirements:

• Professional experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, working on Salesforce integrations and Lightning Web Components.

• Salesforce expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development is essential.

• Integration knowledge: Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services, as well as proficiency in API-based integrations with third-party systems.

• Development skills: Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. Demonstrated experience in building custom Lightning Web Components and leveraging Aura components.

• Problem-solving abilities: Ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify technical challenges, and propose innovative and scalable solutions using Salesforce and related technologies.

• Quality focus: Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, unit testing, and integration testing. Experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce DX or Jenkins is a plus.
