Job Description: Business Analyst with WRAP Superannuation Experience

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of WRAP superannuation systems and processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, specifically within the superannuation domain, and have a proven track record of analyzing complex business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and driving successful project outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. WRAP Superannuation Expertise:

 

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of WRAP superannuation systems, operations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on WRAP superannuation processes, products, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions within the WRAP superannuation framework.

Business Analysis:

 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to WRAP superannuation operations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

 

  1. Project Management:

 

  • Lead or contribute to project initiatives involving WRAP superannuation, from inception to successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks to ensure project success.

 

  1. Stakeholder Engagement:

 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and regulatory bodies.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and project updates.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within the financial services and superannuation industry.
  • Proven experience with WRAP superannuation systems and operational processes improvement is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar are desirable.
