Job Description:

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our development process by bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our development teams. Your primary focus will be on mobile apps and chatBOT projects, and your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for mobile app and chatBOT projects.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure the successful implementation of features and functionalities.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality and functionality of mobile apps and chatBOTs meet project goals.
• Analyse data and provide insights to continuously improve the user experience and functionality of the applications.
• Identify and communicate potential project risks and issues, proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app and chatBOT development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in mobile app and chatBOT development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Knowledge of mobile app development and chatBOT technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
