Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Expertise: Leverage your 3+ years of experience to guide and coach teams in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring optimized throughput to value and efficient product increment deliveries.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong communication skills by managing relationships across business and technical functions, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Manage impediments effectively, mediate issues, and empower teams to solve challenges independently.
- End-to-End Leadership: Coach squads from discovery to operations, ensuring a smooth transition without operational impact.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Iteration Manager/Scrum Master/Delivery Manager in delivering web or mobile app solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks and a commitment to fostering an Agile mindset.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and impediment resolution.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement within Agile delivery teams (Highly regarded Chatbot project experience)
