Job Description

Product Owner
·         3+ years’ of experience as a Product Owner
within the Digital environment building web or mobile app (preferably) solutions, ideally in the airline/travel industry
leading and managing an agile digital product team
·         Proven track record in understanding target customer experience segments and needs
·         Strong understanding and experience in customer and product discovery, implementation and measurement processes
·         Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision
·         Proven track record in prioritising features in an agile environment
·         Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, process mapping, flow charting, acceptance testing and others
·         Excellent communicator, collaborator with high emotional intelligence to help steer product development to product outcomes
·         Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills
·         Comfortable facilitating workshops, and presenting to senior management
·         Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer
