As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be a vital contributor to a vibrant project team, tasked with deciphering and transforming business requirements into functional specifications to build a new Life Insurance B2C Customer Portal. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, ensuring the creation of a consumer-centric portal that caters to the specific needs of our individual clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, stakeholder requirements, and user needs related to the B2C Customer Portal for our Life Insurance project.
- Engage collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to guide development teams in implementing new features and improvements.
- Work alongside UX/UI designers to guarantee an intuitive and user-friendly interface that adheres to industry best practices.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, offering ongoing support to development teams, addressing queries, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet business requirements and uphold quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of B2C customer portals and digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
