Role Overview:

 

As the Delivery Manager, you will serve, coach, and challenge the squad to build a high-performance culture that delivers great outcomes for the brand and customers. Your responsibilities include leading and facilitating agile practices from discovery through to delivery, promoting a sustainable Agile culture. Guide and mentor cross-functional agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, run workshops, and empower the team to deliver efficiently while always keeping an eye on customers’ needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage end-to-end planning, delivery, and releases across multiple cross-functional teams within the Tribe.
  • Escalate impediments for the Tribe, coordinating the development of solution options and delivery plans.
  • Build strong relationships with the team, internal customers, stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure alignment between customer, commercial, and technology.
  • Coach and empower cross-functional teams in the Tribe to take accountability for discovery and delivery risks and issues, fostering a high-performance team environment.
  • Ensure resource capacity aligns with prioritized demand.

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Proven Project Management experience (Ideally 5+ years)
  • 5+ years’ experience in an agile environment
  • Proficient in multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, and HCD.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach at individual, squad, and initiative levels on agility.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement within an agile delivery team.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other agile certifications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions up to and including C-level executives.
