This position calls for an individual with comprehensive expertise in functional and non-functional testing who can excel in a dynamic, cloud-based environment.

🔹 About the Role:
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be a cornerstone in expanding our client’s cloud-based Data and Analytics platform. Your role will involve assuring the quality of the data products offered to internal customers by integrating meticulous testing methods. Your input will shape a strategic focus on data where the trustworthiness of the outputs is critical for success.

🔹 Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate efficiently with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Work in sync with the business and other technology teams to ensure quality testing.
- Provide testing estimates and advice on best practices.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and aid in preparing UAT test scripts.
- Champion testing, provide insights, and counsel on best practices.
- Maintain testing standards and documentation.
- Offer mentorship, training, and technical knowledge to colleagues involved in testing.

🔹 Key Attributes (Essential):
- Proven experience in the data and integration domain.
- Proficiency in database and ETL test automation.
- Demonstrated experience working with scrum teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in devising test frameworks to support Agile methodologies in a Scrum/XP environment.
- Ability to grasp technical aspects swiftly.
- Exceptional analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Inventive testing mindset with out-of-the-box thinking.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to bring about change and employ interpersonal skills to influence and guide team members.
- Experience in the finance industry, especially insurance, is a plus.
